That address is the right one for:

• Questions about how a guide was researched or how a figure was derived.
• Advertising, sponsorship and partnership inquiries.
• Press and media requests, including permission to cite our figures.
• Contractors and trade bodies who want to talk about their pricing.

A figure that looks wrong

Those go somewhere else, because they are handled differently and we want them to arrive with the right information attached. Write to corrections@costhomebook.com, and see the corrections policy for what to include — the page, the figure, and what you were actually quoted.

Privacy and your data

Requests to see, export or delete what we hold about you go to privacy@costhomebook.com. What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy.

What we cannot do

We cannot quote your job, recommend a specific contractor, mediate a dispute, or advise on a contract you have already signed. For any of those you need a licensed professional in your own state. We publish national ranges to help you read a quote — we are not a party to it.
